STUD is a student-facing academic dashboard within the Clinicologist ecosystem. It helps students and faculty view attendance, schedules, announcements, and related academic information.

• We collect and process identifiers (e.g., name, roll number, email) and usage/attendance data to operate STUD.
• Personal data is not shared with unrelated third parties. Platform activity may be used internally to improve features and reliability.
• System analytics may be produced from aggregated or de-identified information.

Data shown in STUD is primarily for convenience and may be incomplete, delayed, or contain errors. We do not guarantee accuracy. Verify all records with your college or department before using for official purposes.

All software, design, content, and generated reports are intellectual property of White Thread Doctors Solution Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorised copying, scraping, redistribution, or misuse is prohibited and may lead to legal consequences.

• Keep your login credentials (email and password) private. Do not share them.
• STUD is not responsible for unauthorised access or leaks caused by user sharing or weak passwords.
• Any misinformation, fake entries, or manipulated data submitted by a user is the user's sole responsibility.

Your college administration or STUD admins may restrict or delete accounts for policy violations, misuse, or institutional changes. In such cases, the user cannot claim data recovery or hold STUD liable.

• We may disclose user data when legally required by government authorities or courts.
• STUD relies on trusted third-party infrastructure (e.g., hosting, storage, analytics, auth). These providers process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.
• Any leak originating from third-party providers is not the responsibility of the STUD team or parent company, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may display limited ads based on in-app activity to keep the experience relevant. No sensitive personal data is shared with advertisers. You may still see contextual promotions.

• Use a strong, unique password and update it periodically.
• Avoid reusing passwords across services.
• We employ encryption and modern security practices, but no system is perfectly secure.

• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• Access to personal data is limited to authorised personnel and services needed to operate STUD.
• Backups and logs are maintained according to security policy and retention limits.

• STUD is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
• We disclaim implied warranties of accuracy, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted service.
• Use at your own risk; always verify with official sources.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, White Thread Doctors Solution Pvt. Ltd. and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data; loss of profits or goodwill; or unauthorised access arising out of or related to your use of STUD.

We may update these Terms & Policy periodically. Changes take effect upon posting to this page, indicated by the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of STUD after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
